本学のライセンスが適用されたZoomアカウントでクラウド録画されたデータについて、2022年度までは録画データの保存期間を設定しておりませんでしたが、2023年4月１日以降、自動的に365日後に削除される設定となります。
本学では2020年6月1日からサイトライセンスでのZoomの利用を開始し、授業利用での利便性を優先し、2022年度までクラウド録画データの保存期間を設定しておりませんでした。しかしZoomのクラウド録画ストレージ容量は、利用者単位ではなく、大学全体で上限が設定されており、上限を超過すると既存録画データも視聴できなくなります。大学全体のクラウド録画ストレージ容量が逼迫してきたため、以下のとおり一律保存年限を設定することといたします。

※保存期間を超えるとデータが自動的に削除されますので、必要な録画データについては、事前にローカルPCやOneDrive等に保存するようお願いいたします。

Until 2022 academic year, we haven't set the retention period of Zoom cloud recordings to the users we assigned license. However, from April 1st, 2023, the cloud recordings will be automatically deleted after 365 days.
We started using Zoom with a site license from June 1st, 2020 and we prioritized convenience in class use, so did not set a retention period for cloud recorded data until the 2022 academic year. However, the storage capacity is not set on a per-user basis, but is set at the upper limit for the entire university, and if the limit is exceeded, we can't view the existing recorded data. Since the cloud recording data's capacity of university is tight, we will set a uniform retention period as follows.

※Depending on the usage situation, we might ask you to delete the recording data before the date above, so we ask for your cooperation in deleting unnecessary recorded data as soon as possible.
