Zoomのクラウド録画のデータ保存期間の設定について /
The retention period setting of Zoom cloud recordings
標記の件、時期が近づいてまいりましたので再度リマインドいたします。
本学のライセンスが適用されたZoomアカウントでクラウド録画されたデータについて、2023年4月１日以降、自動的に365日後に削除される設定となっております。
2023年3月31日までにクラウド録画されたデータは、2024年3月31日に一括で削除され、
その30日後にはゴミ箱フォルダからも完全に削除されますので、ご注意ください。
ゴミ箱からも完全に削除されるクラウド録画データがある場合、以下のようなメールがZoom(no-reply@zoom.us)より届きますのでご確認ください。
クラウド録画のデータ保存期間（ご参考）

※保存期間を超えるとデータが自動的に削除されますので、必要な録画データについては、事前にデータの退避をお願いいたします。

※After the retention period had passed, recordings will be automatically deleted, so if you need the data, please save your data.
