現在、言語設定が中国語に設定されているブラウザを使用してFormsのアンケート等に回答した場合、自動で記録されるはずのユーザIDについて、正しく記録されないという不具合が生じております。
※現在確認できているのは、ユーザIDの後ろに","（カンマ）が付記されてしまうという事象です
Microsoft社によると、この不具合は、日本語や英語では確認されていないとのことです。
したがいまして、Formsに回答する場合は、言語設定を日本語か英語に設定しているブラウザで回答するようにしてください。
また、Formsを使用して課題の提出や出席状況を管理をしている出題者は、上記の不具合についてご認識いただき、管理にあたってはご注意頂きますようお願いいたします。
特に、ユーザIDをキーに別資料と突合する際には、ユーザIDが不一致となって、上手く突合ができません。
上記のような作業を行う場合は、件数の確認を徹底することで突合漏れを防ぐことが可能です。
なお、現時点で不具合解消の目途について、Microsoft社より連絡はありません。
